The company operates in two divisions, Mail & Branch Network and Parcel and Logistics. The Mail & Branch Network division engages in the collection, sorting, and delivery of letters, postcards, direct mail items and newspapers, print media, and parcels and packets delivered jointly with the mail; and provision of intelligent input, digital document, mailroom, and data and address management, as well as dual delivery, document scanning, and digital advertising services. It also offers telecommunications products; financial services; various online services, such as e-letters and cross-media solutions, as well as physical and digital services; and retail goods. The Parcel and Logistics division is involved in the transportation of parcels and express mail service shipments; and provision of value-added services, including warehousing, order pickling, returns management, and web shop logistics and infrastructure. The company also offers specialized logistics services, such as express mail delivery and value logistics; and data and output management services, as well as document collection, digitization and processing, etc. It operates a network of 1,770 postal service points, including 415 company-operated postal branches and 1,355 postal partners. The company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria. Oesterreichische Post AG is a subsidiary of Österreichische Beteiligungs AG.
